Dåligt skick. [Format: 38,5 x 27,5 cm. ] Messrs. Fores, London (without year of print/publication. Probably around 1900 - there's a name with the date '1911' on the front flyleaf). 20 leaves of stiffer paper (still flexible pages) in publishers cloth-spine hardcover. The book is unpaginated, but contains, apart from title page and printed dedication, 18 tinted plates with verse beneath. Illustrations by Wycliffe Taylor. Only the recto (right side of a book spread) is printed on each leaf. --- The binding is all worn out and the book has become a loose-leaf system. The boards are scuffed and the spine are scuffed and edge worn. Plates are lightly age toned, mainly along top and foot edges. 7 of the plates are pretty good with only minor/tiny flaws. 7 plates are ok, with a corner crease, edge wear or other flaw of similar severity. 4 plates have a 2 cm tear at fore edges, close to the foot corner, continuing as a crease down to the foot edges.
