"Beautiful book with lots of new recipes you'll be dying to try! – I borrowed this book from my Mum and am very reluctant to return it! It is beautifully presented with lovely big pictures of many of the recipes interspersed with information and more pictures about the chocolate production process. THe recipes are all mouthwateringly good each with an introduction on its background.
• There are many common dishes such as chocolate mousse, ice cream and florentines but they are balanced with a mix of more unusual dishes both sweet and savoury from around the world. So far I have made chocolate and salted caramel tart (who'd think a teaspoon of salt could taste so wonderful?!), italian venison agrodolce (sweet & sour - try it, your taste buds will thank you!) and white chocolate cardamom mousse and they have all been stunning."
