Hyggligt skick. [Format: 9 x 15 cm.] Amsterdam, Chez Z. Chatelain 1730. 266 pages in a full leather hardcover with 4 raised bands (decoration). There are traces of clasps on the boards with only 1 out of 4 parts (forming the clasps) being intact. Owner's name (Maria Bååth) in pencil on flyleaf. --- The hardcover is scuffed on boards, edges, corners and lower half of spine are worn. Upper half of spine is well-worn with a crack from the head and 3 cm. diagonally down. The small skin part, formed by the crack, also has a crack going equally long way down which indicates that the piece of skin is about to fall off but it doesn't. A previous owner probably re-attached or secured it. Title label has black imprinted lettering and combined with the wear it is difficult to make it out. Both front and back endpapers has waterstain marks, or stripes really, along the fore edges. This waterstaining is barely visible a few pages in. Contents are wavy, but otherwise really good with only slightly age toned pages, alittle more in the margins. There is barely any foxing, 5 spots perhaps throughout the volume + a few on the endpapers.
