Hyggligt skick. Skyddsomslag i gott skick. [Format: 14,5 x 22,5 cm.] The Bodley Jhead, London 1972 (1st English edition/printing). 645 pages + fold-out map in publisher's red (or pink almost) cloth hardcover with original dust jacket which hasn't been price clipped. 'There's an article ("A Tolstoy of Our Time" - Newsweek, September 18, 1972) laid in together with a bookmark from Pelican, saying "Solzhenitsyn stories and prose poems", printed in black/white/red/yellow, with an image of a hand holding the sickle (but no hammer) over an open book. --- Unfortunately, the previous owner also - seemingly - had a penchant for underlining/margin notes/passage markings which are found on many of the pages and seldomly made with a light touch. Atleast they are made with a pencil. Without the markings the book would be considered to be in good+ condition. The jacket is alittle worn along the top and foot edges, but overall it's in good shape.
