(LIII) (fold-out) 746 pages in publisher's red, flexible covers cloth with gilt, imprinted text/decoration to front and to spine, rounded corners and a sewn-in bookmark with an advertisement for "Royal mail and Pacific lines". The fold-out is a map in color. Lengthy index section in the beginning, also listing advertisers (from A-Z aswell as by trade). --- The front cover has a very small nick along the top edges. First 2 leaves of the main text has small tears with a few cm. of creasing along the fore-edges, at the foot side. Overall the book is very well preserved.
