neutral medico-le^al body should be established to preside over accident victims, their diagnosis, their treatment, insurance clainis and compensation. Such a body could fully investigate patients' claims and establish whether negligence or other unprofessional behaviour has taken place. This should be solely for the benefit of the patient, who presently has no recourse in such cases. This body must be allowed to work independently so as to be fully cognizant with all aspects of the case, both medical and legal.
