The book is excellent, it covers everything, with special focus on some problematic areas like paragraph intonation and set phrases/ descriptive phrases intonation and stress distinction. The organization and systematic order of the chapters in the book could not get better. It takes you from the basic and essential stress patterns to get to the harder and fundamental intonation change and rhythm. Exercises are there too to make it easier to apply what you've learned. If you apply what is included in this book and work hard with the audio CDs provided, you'll get a great result. You do not need to look any further cause you will not find a better and more solid American accent book.
