Theatre arts inc. 1940. 912 pp + covers. Private cloth (Knut Hässlers Bokbinderi-A.-B., Stockholm) with leather titles. Illustrated with photos and drawings in b/w. A monthly magazine covering theatre and film in, mainly, USA and Europe. The August issue is all about different aspects of Swedish theatre, film, ballet etc. No illustrations in that issue affected by the below mentioned. Spine slightly faded. Titles with very minimal wear. Issue covers with some small faults. Some text on issue covers (price info etc.) has been partially lost during cutting. Some unevenness here and there, probably emanating from before binding. One issue with weak fold all across. One page with a few small spots. Seven (of the many) pictures have a few pencil marks along their edges. Apart from this, and overall, the impression is that of a very well preserved copy. 27.4x21.3x7cm, 2778g
