Jan Groth is a food loving whisky ambassador at the world leading Scotch whisky group Diageo. His experience of several hundred presentations and whisky dinners is the perfect background for a book about how to combine whisky and food.
Jan Groth and Arne Adler met at a whisky tasting event. Their shared interest in the combination of food and whisky led to a series of trips, features and articles.
