This copy belongs to a private de luxe issue (see the imprint quoted above), and is one of 45 numbered copies on special paper. The copy carries a beautifully written dedication by the translator, and has been nicely bound in Sweden (half cloth; Levins Bokbinderi, Uppsala). There was also an ordinary trade issue, with another imprint.
