The photos depict the arrival of King Gustaf VI Adolf and Queen Margarete in Malmö in July 1905, shortly after their marriage at Windsor Castle. One of the photos show the cortege with masses of people lining the streets and flags flapping in the wind. The other shows the ferry station where the Royals arrived, people on the house roofs awaiting the Royal cortege. Shortly after the visit in Malmö the couple boarded the Royal sloop Drott sailing for Stockholm where they were recived by jubilant crowds. Photographer unknown.
